Room Renovation

In my own property I had a wash-house and an adjacent outside toilet that badly needed modernising, as well as to make better use of the available space. The house is a 1914 villa, so as expected I found rotten and borer infested timbers, much of which had to be replaced. The space was completely re-wired and re-plumbed to first fix by me, then second fix by certified trades people.
